Information we collect about you through our website
When you complete the online membership agreement OES collects certain personal data about you. The following information is collected and processed:
- Personal Information:
- Parent/Guardian name, address, email, phone number.
- Your child’s name, date of birth, gender, address, classes/camps attended, Badge levels achieved.
- Sensitive Personal Information – health conditions/issues for your child.
- Bank details – however these details do not get saved on any of the system servers.
- Your account preferences detailing what types of communications you want to receive.
- Data detailing your account Activity Log, including which changes were made to your account and when.
How is the information used?
The information you have provided will be used for the following purposes:
- To administer and maintain a record of your membership account with Olympian Educational Services and your participation in any class, camp or workshop.
- Responding to questions, inquiries, feedback, further information or website support regarding our classes, camps and all other services we provide.
- Providing you with services or information that you have requested.
- We use third party data processors to facilitate functions on our behalf including credit card payments, and design and operation of our website, and providing a SMS notification service to our members. These companies have access to your personal information for the purpose of maintaining and performing these processes. These third party organisations will not use your data for any other purpose.
- We do not use your personal data to profile or make automatic decisions based on any information you provide to the company.
Photographs and Video Material
Images or video taken at classes, camps or workshops might be used by Olympian Educational Services Ltd. for class marketing purposes, including social media posts.
These images/videos will only encompass group or panning shots, and will not identity any individual.
If you do not want your child included in any of this material please let us know and we will do everything we can to facilitate this request.

Any hard copies of your information is disposed of securely after 2 years.

Should you opt out of communication for the purposes of marketing, we will continue to send you servicing SMS & Email Notifications regarding necessary operations, class and calendar updates and child safeguarding concerns for the classes that you register into.

- You have the right to access personal data we hold which relates to you, including how we acquired such data, and the purposes for which it is being used. - To exercise this right, you must make your request in writing, posting it to our address as specified below and including with the request, a copy of your passport and a copy of a utility bill which will verify your address.
