Our TEENgym programme is the perfect way for teenagers to keep up their gymnastics training or to newly get involved in gymnastics to keep fit. If you’re looking for the freedom to decide what training YOU want to focus on, then this class is for you! Meet and have fun with your peers at the same time!
Brief Outline of the Programme
We have two new Teen Classes for our older gymnasts in two of our venues. The teens determine the focus of their training over the course of the year. Whether they want to focus on a particular skill or just work on strength, flexibility or fitness, then this is the class for them! The coaches are at their disposal to work with them to unlock their full potential in a fun and safe environment with their peers.

Teen Open Gym ages 12+
This class allows our older gymnasts the chance to focus on particular skills that they want to perfect. Our coaches will give them a weekly plan to follow from preparation exercises for that particular skill through to final execution. They may have a number of skills they would like to improve over the course of the year. This class gives them the opportunity to work on these skills at their own pace.
GymFit Ages 15+
Members use the gymnastics equipment to work on their fitness, flexibility and conditioning. The training may include elements of circuit training and HIIT (High-Intensity-Interval-
