Our TEENgym programme is the perfect way for teenagers to keep up their gymnastics training or to newly get involved in gymnastics to keep fit. This is a great program for teenagers as they start to develop their own personalities and know what they want. At Olympian we have developed a program with just that in mind. The program focuses on fitness and well-being and teaches the gymnasts how to look after their health and fitness through movement and body weight. They choose their goals, they choose the music and they set the agenda with the coach supporting and encouraging them to reach their full potential. This is a class where they get to enjoy their environment with their peers.
This is gymnastics with a twist for ages 15+. The main focus of this program is on fitness, conditioning, movement and flexibility. The training may include elements of circuit training and HIIT (High-Intensity-Interval-Training). It is a great way to use elements of gymnastics and its unique apparatus to keep you strong and fit. You might even learn a new party trick!! If you’re looking for a new way to work out, get away from the boring old gym setup, well then this is for you. Train in our #Flippingawesome environment with like-minded people and unlock a whole new range of movement you never knew you had.
Teen Open Gym ages 12+
This class allows our older gymnasts the chance to focus on particular skills that they want to perfect. Our coaches will give them a weekly plan to follow from preparation exercises for that particular skill through to final execution. They may have a number of skills they would like to improve over the course of the year. This class gives them the opportunity to work on these skills at their own pace.
GymFit Ages 15+
